Bachir Djibrilla

Bachir Djibrilla holds a Master in Project Management for International Cooperation, the Commission of the European Union and Local Development from the ASVI School of Management and Social Innovation based in Rome and London. He also holds a master degree in translation and legal and financial terminology (English-Arabic-French) and a master degree in translation and interpretation (Arabic-English), obtained respectively at the faculty of foreign applied languages of Sorbonne Nouvelle, Université Paris III and at the University of Benghazi-Libya. In addition, he has three-university certificates: the Mini MBA (business management) of the Swiss Institute of Online Studies, the Certification of the Italian as Foreign Language (CILS) of the University for Foreigners of Siena -Italy and the Certificate of Arabic as a Foreign Language of the University of Tripoli-Libya. He began his career in 2002 where he held the positions of interpreter / translator, particularly in the field of foreign investment, and responsible for managing humanitarian projects in several international institutions: Niger Embassy to Tripoli-Libya, United Nations Volunteering, the International NGO - Doctors Without Borders, the International Committee for the Development of Peoples, the Italian Council for Refugees, ITC-ILO and the Conference Department of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Jeddah- Saudi Arabia. In Niger, he served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked as a consultant for the ECOWAS Commission, the World Bank, FAO, IFAD, ANB, National Democratic Institute and several private management institutes in Niamey.

Aissata Moussa

holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Sciences successfully completed at Aix-Marseille University in France, a degree in business development specialization obtained in Canada and a master's degree in sociology of Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey-Niger. She took advantage of an internship in England to perfect her language skills in English. Since 2001, she has carried out various professional tasks at both the international and national levels: research associate and associate researcher at the Université du Québec, Montreal- Canada; Ambassador of the French NGO Planète Urgence; volunteer at Oxfam Quebec and the Quebec Red Cross; Lecturer in Communication of Organizations and Communication and Development at Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey-Niger.

Oumarou Boubacar-Kadogo

Oumarou Boubacar-Kadogo is a macroeconomist with a Master degree from Toulouse School of Economics -TSE-France, with a specialization in Public Policies for Development. He also holds a Master II in Business Analysis, Growth and Globalization, obtained with the distinction "Excellent", a diploma jointly organized in Belgium by the Catholic University of Louvain and the University Foundations Notre Dame de la Paix. Coordinator of statistical work in collaboration with the Association Cri de Cigogne (CDC) and the French Embassy in Niger. He is highly qualified in economics, statistics and business analysis. The position of junior macroeconomist expert of the diaspora (Funding- World Bank), allowed him to distinguish himself in technical design, development of the macroeconomic frameworks as well as the realization of the several studies and technical notes for the purposes of the decision-makers.

Pierre LEMAY

Manager of a bank branch, financial advisor for companies, and wealth management advisor for individuals, Pierre LEMAY is a finance expert with more than 40 years of experience in this sector. He also has solid experience in surveys, economic treatment, tax and financial optimization of complex heritage situations. On the other hand, thanks to many missions of international solidarity, he has made my interventions in France, Canada and Africa.

Wafa Ouchene

Freelance translator with English, Arabic and French as working languages, Wafa Ouchene is also a professional in project management and moderation on social networks. Passionate about languages across cultures and civilizations, she is currently completing a doctoral thesis in translation studies at the Faculty of Translation and Interpretation of the University of Mons-Hainaut-Belgium.
